Live Oak Builders was founded in 1992 by Charlie and Stephen
Rogers. The brothers’ vision for their company is to build homes
that meet the needs of the specific buyer. They are committed to
building quality into each home and refusing to cut corners.
At Live Oak Builders, we provide a great value, but we really don’t
compete on value alone. Someone else can always build it cheaper. We
compete on quality. Quality is really our bottom line, and is the
standard which we strive for every day. The success of Live Oak
Builders is a testament to the quality, value, and service that each
homeowner receives.
