Background
Since 1992, Live Oak Builders, Inc. has been building quality
homes in metropolitan Atlanta. This family owned company prides
itself on its attention to detail, its commitment to customer
service, and the quality and personal care that goes into each of
its homes.
Live Oak Builders is an award winning home builder, having garnered
prestigious Gold and Silver Obie Awards presented by the
Greater Atlanta Home Builder Association, including a 2009 Gold Obie
Award for best EarthCraft House over 2500 s.f. Live Oak
Builders is also a recipient of the 2008 100% Customer
Recommendation Award from the Certified Professional Home Builder
program.
Live Oak Builders is a member of the Certified Professional Home
Builder Program, a voluntary certification program for builders
administered by The House Institute, Inc. The Program establishes
stringent criteria for its applicants including building code
certification and 16 annual hours of continuing education. Live Oak
Builders is also an EarthCraft builder, building comfortable homes
that reduce utility bills and protect the environment.
